This notice explains what happens to your information when you use this website - what we collect, why, who else is involved, and how long we keep it. It describes what this website actually does, not a generic list.

Who is responsible

NUA Skin Aesthetics decides how information from this website is used, and is the data controller. The clinic address is provided directly on booking confirmation.

Silver Spider Media Ltd builds and runs this website for NUA Skin Aesthetics and operates the systems that deliver and manage your enquiry. They act on NUA Skin Aesthetics's instructions as a processor.

When you send an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and (optionally) phone number and the service you need, plus space for a message. We use what you send to reply to you, quote for the work, arrange a booking, and keep a record of the job.

What happens to it:

• The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the submission is from a person rather than a bot.
• Your enquiry is emailed to NUA Skin Aesthetics through Resend, an email delivery service.
• A copy is recorded in the Silver Spider Media Command Centre so the enquiry can be tracked and answered. Your name, email address, telephone number and message are encrypted before they are stored, and access is logged.

Sending an enquiry is not the same as agreeing to analytics. Your enquiry is handled the same way whether you accept or decline optional cookies.

Analytics, and only if you agree

If you accept optional cookies we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site - which pages are visited, which services are looked at, and whether people tap the phone number or email address. This is measured as a tap on a link, not as a phone call or an email that was actually sent.

Until you accept, none of that runs: Google Analytics is not loaded, no analytics cookies are set, and no identifier is created on your device. If you decline, it stays off. Full detail is in the cookie and tracking information.

Counting visits, without identifying anyone

Separately from the analytics above, we keep a plain tally of how many times each page is viewed and how many people accept or decline optional cookies. It uses no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and creates no identifier - your visit becomes part of a number and no record of it is kept. It is never shared with Google or anyone else. We do it so we can tell a genuinely quiet week apart from a website that has stopped working. See the cookie and tracking information for exactly what is counted.

Embedded content from other companies

• WhatsApp- the floating message button is an ordinary link. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp or Meta unless you tap it, at which point WhatsApp's own terms and privacy notice apply to the conversation.

Where the website runs

This website is hosted on Vercel. Its systems keep standard server records, such as the request and the browser used, in order to serve pages and protect the site.

How long we keep things

• Enquiries and the records attached to them: 24 months from our last contact with you about it.
• Analytics information, if you agreed to it: 14 months, after which it is deleted.

Changing your mind

You can change or withdraw your cookie choice whenever you like. When you withdraw it we stop optional analytics, remove the identifier from your device, and clear the Google Analytics cookies this site set.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Contact NUA Skin Aesthetics on info@nuaskinaesthetics.co.uk or 07469 082484.
